Cancelling or moving a visit, and fees you may owe

| Cancel or move earlier than the practice’s window (usually 72 hours before) | No fee. Any hold on your card is released. |
| Cancel inside the window | The late-cancellation fee shown at booking is charged to your card. The rest of the hold is released. |
| Move inside the window | The late-cancellation fee is charged once. Moving the new visit again is free. |
| Miss the visit without cancelling | The missed-visit fee shown at booking is charged. |
| Are cancelled or moved by the practice | Never a fee. |
Cancel or move from Visits. The dialog tells you the exact fee, if any, before you confirm. Practices can waive a fee; contact them through Messages if something came up.
