Book a video visit
- Open Visits and click Book a visit.
- Choose a time from your provider’s open slots. Times are shown in the practice’s time zone.
- Choose the visit type. Each shows its length and price. Some practices offer free visits.
- For a priced visit, read the price and cancellation policy and tick the box to accept it. Add a card if you do not have one on file; it is stored securely by Stripe and is not charged now.
- Add a short reason if you like and click Request visit. The practice confirms it, and you get an email.
Three days before the visit a temporary hold is placed on your card for the visit price. It is not a charge, and it is released if the visit does not happen.
What happens next
- A confirmation email when the practice accepts.
- A reminder the day before.
- The Join now button appears 10 minutes before the start.
