Prescription statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not signed. Only you can see it. |
| Sent, unpaid | Signed and sent to the patient; waiting for payment. Reminders go out daily. |
| Paid, routed | Paid and assigned to the pharmacy. |
| Shipped | The pharmacy shipped it; tracking is on the order. |
| Needs attention | Something needs you: the pharmacy asked a question, the patient reported a problem, or a refill request is waiting. |
| Expired | The unpaid link ran out. Re-issue if still appropriate. |
