Add practice and prescriber licenses, DEA, and NPI

The practice holds its business license; each prescriber holds their own state licenses, NPI, and DEA registration. Video visits are only offered to patients in states where the prescriber holds an active license.

1. Open Account and find Licenses.
2. Add a license with its state, number, and expiry. One license per state per holder; renewing updates the existing row.
3. Add or correct your DEA number; the check digit is validated and the registrant name is compared to yours.
4. Keep expiry dates current. Booking stops offering slots past a license’s expiry, and joining a visit re-checks the license that day.
