Create your practice account and pass verification
- Go to Sign up as a provider and enter your practice and prescriber details, including NPI and DEA number. The DEA number is checked for format before you can continue.
- Choose a plan and enter a payment method. Your card is not charged until verification is approved.
- Submit. You receive a welcome email, and our team reviews your credentials, usually within one business day.
- You are emailed when the account is approved, or if we need something else (a current license copy, for example). Until approval, you can sign in but cannot prescribe.
What happens next
- Sign in with the email you used; sign-in uses Microsoft Entra with multi-factor authentication.
- Add the rest of your team and your state licenses under Account.
