Security: sign-in, multi-factor authentication, sessions
- Staff sign in through Microsoft Entra with multi-factor authentication; there is no separate PEPTPlus password.
- Sessions time out after inactivity and every action is recorded in an append-only audit trail.

- Patient data stays inside the platform; emails never carry patient details.
