Add a patient and what we collect
- Open Patients and click + New patient.
- Enter name, date of birth, email, phone, and the shipping state. The state decides which pharmacies can ship to them and which prescribers can see them by video.
- Save. The patient exists for prescribing right away; they get portal access the first time you send them a prescription link.
Shipping address is collected from the patient when they pay for their first prescription, and it locks once an order is on its way.
