Order statuses from routed to shipped
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Routed | Paid and assigned to you. The prescription and shipping details are ready. |
| In progress | You accepted it and are compounding. |
| Shipped | You attached the batch and entered carrier and tracking. The patient is emailed the tracking link. |
| Delivered | Carrier confirmed delivery. |
| Issue reported | The patient reported a shipment problem from their portal; a message thread opens with the practice and you. |
Work the queue from Orders. A batch (lot) is required before an order can be marked shipped so the patient can see the certificate of analysis for what they received.
