How much does it cost?
The Marketplace plan is $250 per month, and Marketplace plus the active-ingredient API marketplace is $550 per month. It is a predictable flat subscription with no per-script fees, so the more you fulfill, the better the model works for you.

Yes, always. On PEPTPlus you remain the pharmacy of record on every fill. You set your own pricing, the patient pays you directly through Stripe, and you keep the customer relationship.
How are pharmacies chosen for a script?
Matching is neutral and rules-based on purity, price, and delivery time, and only when you are licensed in the patient's state. There is no pay-to-play: you cannot buy your way to the top of the list, which is exactly why providers trust the routing.
What do I need to join?
Verification of your license and accreditation, then you list your compounds, upload a Certificate of Analysis for each batch, and set your own pricing. Once you are verified you start receiving matched, ready-to-fill electronic prescriptions in your dashboard.
