Pharmacy details

Tell us about your compounding pharmacy and who runs it. Base access is free: no license fee, no per-script cut.

Accreditation is not required to apply. It helps our reviewer and is shown to prescribers once you are live.

You'll create your sign-in the first time you log in. There's no password to set here.

List every state you're licensed to ship to. PEPTPlus verifies each before you go live, and the states you list are the regions your application is considered for.

Payouts

Get paid directly. PEPTPlus never sits between you and your money.

Direct payouts via Stripe

Payouts go directly to your bank through Stripe Connect. PEPTPlus takes $0 per prescription: you keep the full fill price. There is no base license fee; any add-ons you choose later are billed separately from your portal.

Set up after approval

Payout account setup happens in your pharmacy portal after approval. You'll connect your bank through Stripe Connect once your state licenses are verified. No payment details are collected for this application.

Application received. We review within two business days. If your region is full we will tell you and keep your application on the waitlist. We have emailed you a confirmation; the decision comes by email too. You can sign in at any time to see where your application stands.
