No. PEPTPlus is a flat monthly subscription starting at $199 per month, and that is the point: our revenue never comes from your drug dollars. A platform that is free to you is usually paid for by taking a cut somewhere in the prescription, which is exactly the conflict we designed out.
Does PEPTPlus take a percentage of prescriptions?
No. PEPTPlus takes $0 of your drug dollars, and that is enforced in code, not just stated in a policy. The patient pays the pharmacy directly, the pharmacy stays the pharmacy of record, and PEPTPlus is never in the money path for the medication.
How is PEPTPlus different from VITL?
VITL operates as a buying hub with drug-transaction economics, where pharmacies are chosen largely by price and catalog. PEPTPlus is a neutral platform: the patient pays the pharmacy directly, pharmacy matching is rules-based with no pay-to-play, and PEPTPlus takes no cut of the drug order.
How is PEPTPlus different from Fizy Health?
On Fizy Health the clinic pays at drug checkout and a facilitation fee is charged on the drug order, with the patient routed to a partner pharmacy after checkout. On PEPTPlus the patient pays the pharmacy directly, you never front the drug cost, and pharmacy selection is neutral and rules-based rather than routed to a single partner.
How is PEPTPlus different from eNavvi?
eNavvi is a prescriber-side tool that is free to use but earns through prescription-handling fees and advertising, with price shopping across pharmacies. PEPTPlus is the whole loop (pharmacies, partner labs, patient pay, and fulfillment tracking) on a flat subscription, with $0 taken from your prescriptions and neutral pharmacy matching.
Does PEPTPlus support controlled substances?
Not yet. PEPTPlus is engineered to the DEA EPCS control set under 21 CFR Part 1311 and is in third-party certification with iBeta. Controlled-substance prescribing stays disabled until that certification is complete; today PEPTPlus routes only non-controlled compounds. eNavvi already offers live EPCS via a Drummond certification.
